Tata Technologies, eMO ‘Focus on the Future’at UM-OU Joint Conference

The Tata Technologies eMO, the EV concept that debuted at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit, in January, was on display at Oakland University in Auburn Hills, Mich. (USA) on February 15, at a conference titled “Focus on the Future – Marketing New Powertrain Technologies: Strategies in Transition.” The conference was jointly sponsored by the University of Michigan Transportation Research Institute and the Oakland University School of Business Administration.
Casey Mehta, Tata Technologies Senior Consultant – Business Partnerships, and a key member of the eMO development team, was a featured speaker. He focused upon the innovative elements of the business and marketing model developed for the eMO project, in parallel with its innovative approaches to engineering and automotive packaging design. Also on the program were representatives of Ford, Nissan and General Motors. Hundreds of Oakland University students, as well as conference attendees took a look at eMO and have their questions answered by members of the Tata Technologies VPD Group.
